Grand Opening Giveaway Official Rules and Terms

1. Eligibility:

• The Grand Opening Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals aged 18 and older.

2. Entry Period:

• The Giveaway begins on September 12, 2023, at 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) and ends on September 30, 2023, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) (“Entry Period”).

3. How to Enter:

• To enter, visit https://www.mother-mischief.com/2023/09/09/grand-opening-giveaway/ during the Entry Period.
• Complete the entry form by providing your name and a valid email address.
• By entering, you grant permission to be added to Mother Mischief’s email list. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Prize Details:

• There will be a total of 10 winners selected from eligible entries.
• 1 Grand Prize Winner will receive:
  • One framed signed print
  • Two pieces of handmade jewelry
  • One set of alcohol markers
  • One piece of line art on Bristol paper
• 4 Runners-Up will each receive an 8×10 print of their choice.
• 5 Runners-Up will each receive a 4×6 print of their choice.

5. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around October 5, 2023.
• Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
• Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize Delivery:

• Prizes will be shipped to the addresses provided by the winners.
• Mother Mischief is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes during shipping.

7. Publicity:

• By participating in the Giveaway, winners grant Mother Mischief the right to use their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. General Conditions:

• Mother Mischief reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.
